Week 25a of 52 Weeks in Eagan
Eagan Market Fest-Every Wednesday during the summer and fall Eagan hosts a Market Fest on the Central Park Grounds. Fresh vegetables, fruits and food abound. Our friends Kadee Loesch Ruhland and Tom Ruhland own Ruhland's Hand-Made Strudel. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
